If you have any different opinion on the product you have received and you want to return, no need to be bothered we accept returns with no trouble.

Just send an email along with your purchase id through Contact us Form present in the menu to initiate a return, our team will support you OR you may call us at +91-9811331183(Mon-Sat, 10.00 am to 4.00 pm only).

- We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. No Returns will be accepted once this period has expired.

- The product(s) should be returned unused and in ideal unworn condition, it shall be unused with all brand tags and original packaging attached. The product(s) must be returned in the identical condition as it was sent. 
- Sale product(s) cannot be returned or exchanged.

- In case of refund, the buyer is obligatory to ship back the product(s) to us. The expenses related with the return are the responsibility of the buyer.

In the case of  exchange, will ship back the new item/s with no extra cost for the customer. Please note we allow one exchange shipment per purchase. Subsequent exchanges will be subject to shipping charges

If the product(s)  is being returned due to a manufacturing defect, Beun London will have to inspect the product(s) and assess and verify  if that is the case before processing any refund or ship a replacement.
